Located about 40 Miles north of Salt Lake City, Ogden original called Fort Buenaventura in 1846 and changed to Brownsville the following year, is the oldest European settled community in what is now the State of Utah. - Charter #2597, originally The First National Bank of Ogden, the bank issued notes under 5 different titles, using the first title again as the fourth title which issued the majority of the notes for the bank with over 190 reported. However, under the second title of “First & Utah National Bank”, the bank issued only $10 & $20 1902 Plain Back notes and ONLY 5 NOTES are reported with this title. THIS NOTES IS 1 OF ONLY 3 $10 1902-PB NOTES WITH THIS SCARCE 2ND TITLE. We are also offering the $20 1902-PB with this scarce 2nd title along with a $10 1929-Type 2 note which 1 of only 5 notes reported with the scarce 5th Title, “First Security Bank of Utah National Association”.
